Dwayne, the co-founder of INNOGLAZE, has over 25 years of experience in the glass and aluminium industry, spanning both residential and commercial projects in New Zealand and Australia. He has extensive expertise working with top-quality aluminium and double-glazing systems in New Zealand. Throughout his career, Dwayne has managed double-glazed production lines and installation teams. While in Australia, he observed aluminium systems that he deemed to be of lesser quality and cost-effectiveness. This observation became a driving force behind his endeavours.

Daniel is the co-founder of INNOGLAZE and serves as its operations manager. With over ten years of experience as a project manager in the commercial and residential construction sectors, he brings a deep understanding of construction practices. This expertise allows him to pinpoint areas for enhancement within the industry. Additionally, Daniel's decade-long involvement in the Australian real estate market has sharpened his skills.
